If you are already our customer or a customer through one of our partners, you can write to our support desk in the email shared with you. As soon as you write to us, a ticket will be created and an engineer will be assigned to diagnose the issue and respond to you. It will usually be a couple of hours or sooner to respond during normal office hours. Just so you know, we don't employ bots. We are real human beings ready to help.
Our support desk is open from 8:00 am to - 8:00 pm India time. And for critical installations, we provide both 24 x 7 support and on-call support throughout the year. The nature of support cover will usually be provided in the proposals or work statements at the time of issuing the product licenses.
Please get in touch with us if you would like to test our technology in a sandbox environment. You will need to obtain API and SDK keys to begin using the software. Therefore we recommend booking a demo so we can understand your use case and provide hands on support with your integration. In most cases, all of the API keys and demo software will expire in 7 days.
